It just occurred to me a few days ago that Harlo will eventually need to learn eating with utensils. It had never crossed my mind before. At what age should a child feed his/herself? Well, I don’t know, but I guess we can start now! Today I made her some black beans and gave her a spoon and she went at it. She was a natural! She needed a little help scooping it on the spoon, but most the time she got it by herself. I have to admit I was slightly amazed. If you missed it, don’t worry. I captured every bit of it, down to the last bean:
