This busy toddler of mine (is she a toddler if she’s not walking yet?) is so, SO cute. She is also so, SO busy. The cute part makes it easy to take pictures of her every second, the busy part makes it hard… I have to sing songs, make Mow (our cat) sit on my lap, ask her questions all to help her sit still for 5 seconds, so here are pictures that really sum up the story of our daily lives:

Harlo is OBSESSED with my belly these days, which I can’t get enough of. She thinks the baby is actually in my belly button and insists on seeing it if ever a baby or belly is mentioned, which is fine at home, but not so funny when she’s lifting my shirt everywhere we go.
She’s getting more picky about foods, and somedays she hardly eats anything.. other days she eats more than me and B put together, which I hear is normal at this age. Her favorites right now are blueberries and “cracky’s” and tomatoes. And she HATES peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches.
She’ll pick up everything on the floor and bring it to me and say “thank you!” as she’s handing it over.
If she puts something in her mouth (mostly coins she finds in daddy’s drawer) she’ll immediately crawl to me and make a “kkkkeh!” sound so I can get it out, which is nice, but I just wish we could skip the step of putting it in the mouth!
She drinks from a cup with a straw WAY better than a sippy, except at nap and bedtime.

She still loves the tubby and when it’s time to get out she scolds me and Brady with a stern “no! no! no!” shaking her finger at us.

She is so snuggly in the mornings these days, which is so fun. As soon as she gets up and Brady brings her in she says “hi mama!” then she says “Baby?” with her hands in the air like “where is she?” Then she must give the baby her first kisses of the day.

She got another tooth last weekend which brings the grand total to 7, and I believe she’s getting another 1 or 2 right now as well.
